The project
Context
The project involved a GRC platform for an organization in the governance sector. The goal was to add features that use structured and unstructured business data to support risk analysis, together with tools to administer the models, their parameters and usage limits.
Our work
Design and development of modules built on language models: risk map generation, analysis to identify potential risks, recommendations and suggested action plans. The work also covered the administration interface used to manage these features within the platform.
Key features delivered
Risk map generation
Modules built on language models use the platform’s structured and unstructured business data to generate a risk map automatically.
Analysis and identification of potential risks
The information provided is analyzed to identify potential risks. These are presented as suggestions for a person to review and approve before they are added to the risk management process.
Recommendations and suggested action plans
Based on this analysis, AI produces recommendations and suggests action plans suited to the risks identified. These proposals also require human approval.
Model and usage administration
A dedicated interface controls the AI features: dynamically selecting the models in use, configuring their inference parameters and managing usage limits.
