The project

Context

Governance, risk and compliance (GRC) involves several processes: identifying and assessing risks, tracking incidents, organizing actions and running assessment campaigns. The project aimed to digitize and centralize these processes in a platform tailored to the company’s internal frameworks, workflows and rules.

Our work

End-to-end design and full-stack development of a multi-tenant platform, from the interfaces used by teams to the processing and business rules behind them. Workflows and compliance processes were modeled to align with the company’s internal frameworks, then implemented across the business modules: risks, incidents, action plans and assessment campaigns. The modules share workflows with notifications and alerts, as well as data imports and exports.

Key features delivered

  • Risk management

    Risks are identified and assessed at every level of the organization, from the group to local entities. Each risk receives an inherent, residual and target rating based on configurable rules, together forming the company’s risk map.

  • Incident tracking

    Incidents are reported through a shared form and linked to the relevant risks, with their history retained. Each incident remains connected to the risk it relates to.

  • Action plan management

    Each action plan is linked to a risk or an incident, with an owner and a deadline. Progress is tracked in the platform, with configurable notifications and alerts.

  • Risk assessment campaigns

    Campaigns are launched for the relevant entities, which enter their quantitative and qualitative results. Responses are consolidated in the platform for risk monitoring.
